Princess Doe
from True Crime All The Time Unsolved
On July 15, 1982, a caretaker at a cemetery discovered the body of a young woman. Police could not identify her, and one officer began calling her Princess Doe. Two theories emerged, either she was a runaway, or she had been abducted from her family. But, after chasing leads and tips in the years that followed, she has still yet to be identified. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the case of Princess Doe. Over the years, the police have used advancements in DNA, but even that has proved unsuccessful. There have been people who have been linked to the murder, such as Joel Rifkin and Henry Lee Lucas, but police have discounted those high-profile killers. One couple even said they believe they killed Princess Doe as part of an underage sex ring. But, they couldn't identify her and the evidence didn't quite seem to line up.
