The Chief Minister has told GBC he stopped excessive overtime highlighted in the Principal Auditor's report as soon as it was brought to his attention some years back.The report on the Public Accounts of Gibraltar for 2017 and 2018 points out high levels of overtime payments  We caught up with News Editor Christine Vasquez, who spoke to Fabian Picardo earlier today.The GSD accuses the Government of "blocking financial accountability" by "systematically delaying" certain legislation in Parliament. It says there is a legal obligation to pass the accounts to the Principal Auditor by no later than nine months after the end of a financial year.
