Principles & Traits of Marine Corps Leadership | Dependability

The traits and principles of leadership are the basic fundamentals that Marines use to develop their own leadership abilities and that of their subordinates.  There are 14 leadership traits and 11 leadership principles listed in this lesson.  Dependability Definition- The certainty of proper performance of duty.
