Rátate si kalórie a vážite jedlo? Máte prísny suplementačný či tréningový protokol? Konzumujete jedlo každé 3 hodiny a ak niečo nezjete, ihneď nevládzete alebo dokonca máte nepríjemné psychické stavy pri prvom pocite hladu? Získať pohybovú alebo výživovú SLOBODU, nie je jednoduché. Naše telo je NÁSTROJ, ktorý si môže žiadať viac, alebo menej SERVISNÝCH úkonov na to, aby nám dobre slúžil. Za niektoré nástroje musíme PLATIŤ až príliš veľkú časovú, finančnú či vôľovú DAŇ a naopak niektoré nástroje sú extrémne nenáročné na údržbu, ak sa naučíme JEDNU vec. Ak spoznáme SAMÝCH seba, svoje telo, jeho POTREBY a nenecháme sa oklamať vonkajšími VPLYVMI. Jedným z prvých cieľov v živote človeka je naučiť sa o sebe (myseľ, psychika, telo) všetko do takej HĹBKY, aby si vytvoril kvalitný manuál na používanie svojho tela. Až potom môžeme naplno svoju energiu nasmerovať na iné - DÔLEŽITEJŠIE veci (poslanie, sebarealizácia). Ak chcete patriť k ľuďom, ktorí majú svoj životný štýl (a seba) pod kontrolou, vypočujte si aké máme pre vás riešenie.
