Today, most states do not allow prisoners to donate organs at all ... except for Massachusetts, who in 2023 was considering passing a bill that will reduce the sentences of eligible prisoners willing to donate some of their organs! Would YOU settle for a kidney from a kid toucher? What about the bone marrow from a serial cannibal?? Good conduct and giving up a kidney MIGHT get an eligible prisoner anywhere from 60 days to 1 year taken off of their sentence if Massachusetts has its way!
