Most prisoners are released from the Isle of Man Prison without addressing their offending behaviour or risk of harm to others.  That’s the finding of HM Chief Inspector of Prisons after the first inspection of the facility in 12 years. Inspectors found public protection arrangements at the Jurby facility to be lacking saying it was the ‘most serous deficit’ because there wasn’t enough information about risk management.  You can find out more HERE.
