Privilege is a Saturn construct

While Trump's fixers cry "executive privilege", where does this sense of entitlement come from?  It's bred in our national DNA with origins that consisted of a few wealthy aristocratic landlords and the many landless "undesirables", who were sent to America in order to solve Europe's "human waste" problem.  A sordid history that created class divides without ever extinguishing the original problems of poverty and inequality.   The irony is that now we have a White Trash President who has turned privilege on its head.
