În  acest episod o să vă vorbesc despre un  lucru pe care majoritatea persoanelor îl folosesc în fiecare zi și anume Instagramul.  Să începem! Pentru început ce este Instagramul? Instagramul sau Instagram  este o aplicație, o rețea de socializare  ca și Facebook sau Twitter, de exemplu. Relația mea cu această aplicație este  una de iubire și ură. Ce este ura, este opusul iubirii. De ce spun asta, pentru că am observat că am o mică adicție cu Instagramul.  Ce înseamnă a avea o adicție? înseamnă a fi dependenți de ceva.  De exemplu, am o adicție când vine vorba de ciocolată. Trebuie să mănânc ciocolată aproape în fiecare zi altfel nu mă simt bine! Da. O adicție mai puternica poate fi cea de droguri, de exemplu.  Unde persoanele care au o adicție devin dependenți. Da? Prima dată când am realizat că sunt dependentă de Instagram, că folosesc prea mult Instagramul, a fost acum mai mult sau mai puțin un an. Acum un an vorbeam cu mine și îmi puneam întrebări ca…de exemplu: -De ce trece ziua așa repede? -De ce nu am timp de nimic ? Saaau -De ce nu am timp să fac tot ceea ce vreau? Și așa mai departe.
