The most important thing in car care is the processes that we develop to complete a detail. Marshall and Nick discuss how they detail a car but specifically how they apply a ceramic coating. If you have great ceramic technology the process should be easy and straightforward but unfortunately many installers choose a finicky system which is causing them headaches.  A company can only grow if their processes are repeatable and so we tackle where ceramic coatings fall into that system.
