Proclaim the Truth and Never Be Ashamed

Acts 12:1-3“Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church. Then he killed James, the brother of John, with the sword. And because he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to seize Peter also.” There is a rise of intolerance today toward those who hold to a biblical worldview. The arm of evil is rising up to attack the very foundation of the faith of those who profess that Jesus Christ is Lord. The devil would love to take down every voice that stands for Jesus. But I believe with all my heart that this is the most fertile time for a spiritual awakening. God wants us to stand on His word without hypocrisy or compromise. Take courage, my brothers and sisters. Proclaim the truth that will set the captives free, and never, ever be ashamed of the gospel. For you and I, it’s time to pray.
