Procurement processes under the spotlight at State Capture Inquiry

SAfm — Procument issues have come under the spotlight during the first day of testimonies at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry. Acting National Treasury Chief Procurement Officer, Ndleleni Mathubula is the first witness and he has told the commission that the bidding process must be more open and competitive. His was answering questions from the commission's evidence leader, Advocate Leah Gcabashe.
