Prodromal labour & Castor oil

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Amber Luna. Amber is a mama of 3 from California. She was a young mum of 17 with her first and 20 with her second and didn’t do much preparation and just followed the hospital and the standard medicalized birth route which she states were negative experiences. When she fell pregnant with her new partner and husband she instantly knew she didn’t want another hospital birth and started searching for a birth center. In todays episode she shares how after weeks of on and off contractions and prodromal labour she choose to take some caster oil on her due date and ended up starting her labour.
