Olá ouvintes! Nosso podcast está de volta pra falar de um grande evento internacional sobre os produtos agroalimentares e que já está com as inscrições gratuitas abertas. Inédito no país, o Seminário Internacional Estratégias de Valorização de Produtos Agroalimentares, ocorre de 3 a 5 de novembro de 2020, totalmente online. Nós convidamos os pesquisadores João Roberto Correia e Patrícia Bustamante, da comissão organizadora, para nos dar mais detalhes sobre esse evento, que será palco de experiências exitosas em diversos territórios que produzem alimentos diferenciados para a gastronomia e vai contribuir certamente para o fortalecimento do turismo nacional.
