Lupton, the Vice-Dean: Research and Internationalisation of the Faculty of Law, University of Johannesburg delivering opening remarks at the Colloquium marking the culmination of the 22nd All Africa Course on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) at the University of Johannesburg in Auckland Park, 27 August 2026.
