It gives us permission to start and or stop a habit, it also gives us GRACE. If you don't do your new hobby, habit or routine perfectly the first few days...that's okay. We're looking for a better batting average in life and honestly, we all just need to be kinder to ourselves. So, we hope your professional development month is off to a great start.
