Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, Nazim currently fights out of Brooklyn, New York. With a solid command of both English and Russian, he represents the global nature of the sport.Under the expert guidance of trainers Ray Longo and Matt Serra, Nazim has honed his skills in freestyle fighting. His strengths lie in his exceptional stand-up game, ground-and-pound technique, top control, relentless pressure, and cardio. Nazim's training regimen is rigorous, with twice-daily sessions that encompass strength and conditioning, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, boxing, and intense sparring. Although he pursued higher education, he decided to dedicate himself fully to his fighting career. Prior to entering the world of MMA, Nazim worked as a personal trainer and served in nightlife security.
