Professor John Tehranian

John Tehranian is the Paul W. Wildman Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School. A graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School, Professor Tehranian's scholarship focuses on the interface between law and culture, with an emphasis on issues of technology, entertainment, and race. In private practice, he has litigated numerous high-profile lawsuits, including copyright, trademark and right of publicity disputes involving Madonna, Don Henley, B.B.
