Professor Stephen Fogarty: Transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation and how to remain constantly curious.

Professor Stephen Fogarty is President of Alphacrucis College, a self-accrediting higher education provider and the national training college of Australian Christian Churches.  He has held this position since 1999. His role involves providing leadership to the academic and administrative staff and students of the College and representing the College to its various constituencies. His research explores transformational leadership, and the relationship between leadership and follower motivation. Professor Stephen’s research focuses on Organisational Leadership, Church Leadership, and Volunteer Motivation. In our wide-ranging discussion we talked about:  How he defines transformative leadership? How has the leadership landscape changed over the last decades?
