He holds a number of positions among them include the Deputy Chair of South Africa’s Presidential 4th Industrial Revolution. This commission will assist government in taking advantage of the opportunities presented by the digital industrial revolution. Professor Marwala has published 19 books on AI (one was translated into Chinese) his latest book though, “Leading in the 21st Century, the Call for a New Type of African Leader” is all about ethical leadership in the digital world.
