For the past twelve years Kevin has been a strength and conditioning coach. He has about every certification known to man CSCS, USAW, FMSC, CSAC, CSNC. Kevin's facility, Pro Force is in Cincinnati and I was able to watch how he works with his athletes first hand. It's awesome to see someone who takes the time to constantly track how their players are progressing. In this episode Kevin goes over how he works with players and specifically why he trains them the way he does.
