Progress on the New Farms

from Land & Legacy - Habitat + Hunting · host Land & Legacy

During this podcast, you will hear from two new landowners who are working diligently to get some habitat work completed. Since closing on the properties, time has been the limiting factor, but that is changing and projects are getting completed. This podcast discusses how a new fencing project will be one of the most impactful projects on the farm as cows will be managed for the first time, opposed to them roaming freely. In addition, trees are hitting the dirt. More sunlight will be spurring on new regeneration on both farms through a timber harvest as well as a giant bedding thicket project. We also need your help to name these farms. We've got our ideas, but we need your thoughts!   Land & Legacy is Powered by Simplecast
