Project KPIs: Are You Measuring What Matters?

For cost, the CPI (Cost Performance Index) and cost variance measure efficiency. Beyond schedule and cost, strategic KPIs are essential, such as rework rate, value delivered, adherence to the business plan, and stakeholder satisfaction, as projects can meet time and budget targets and still fail.
