Nik Bandak is the President and owner of Bandak Project Management. Nik began his career in 2008 during the Great Recession working for a concrete subcontractor in the Bay Area and later moved to the Middle East where he worked for Bechtel. In 2011, he joined a San Diego-based commercial real estate firm where he completed over 2,000,000 square feet of projects ranging in size, industry, and complexity. His resume of completed projects includes multifamily and transitional housing facilities, ground-up medical office buildings, high-end law firm projects, electronics manufacturing, biotechnology, and life science projects. In addition, he has been a valuable partner to companies as they organize their goals for growth and assess their needs in navigating the intricate entitlements process.
