When you do that, great things happen. Having a positive mindset makes you someone people want to be around and work with. Even if a friend recommends a tradesperson, still take the time to check them out before hiring them. Never skip the research process. Often, it only takes an hour. Own up to your mistakes, offer a solution and pay to fix the problem. Clients appreciate honesty and will want to work with you over the long term. Even when you hire good builders you need to keep a check on them. If you don´t the quality is likely to slip. Don´t be afraid to lean on professionals. Risk equals cost. Spend your time doing the income-generating tasks and hire others to do the rest. Don’t be afraid to work for free to learn how the property business works. BEST MOMENTS ‘Just give as much value as you can.’ ‘People will work with you because they like you.’ ‘A lot of builders are good at doing the job but are not as organised as you would be.’ ‘The biggest learnings are when you mess up and you will mess up.’    GUEST RESOURCES www.facebook.com/koveproperties www.instagram.com/koveproperties https://koveestates.co.uk/ https://www.facebook.com/KOVEEstates https://www.instagram.com/koveestates/  VALUABLE RESOURCES The Property Nomads Website  Buy to Let: How to Get Started – By Rob Smallbone (Amazon) ABOUT THE HOST Rob Smallbone the host of The Property Nomads Podcast, is on a global mission to guide your success.
