They do things differently to provide tenants with safe, secure homes at the same time providing services and building portfolios for property developers and investors to enable them to do this. Daniel and Rob discuss how he went from being an architect to founding KOVE properties. Even if a friend recommends a tradesperson, still take the time to check them out before hiring them. Never skip the research process. Often, it only takes an hour. Even when you hire good builders you need to keep a check on them. If you don´t the quality is likely to slip. Don´t be afraid to lean on professionals. Risk equals cost.
