Projecting College Football's Top 10 Offenses For 2023 | College Football 2023

In order to win National Titles in College Football, you have to be great on both sides of the football. Today, I will be discussing the offensive side of football and the 10 best offenses in the country for the 2023 season. I will be ranking offenses based on efficiency and how I think they would do against a common opponent, not only by which offense I think will score the most points. For example, I can guarantee the USC Trojans will be Top 4 in scoring offense, but I don't think overall they will be a Top 10 offense (I have them at No.11). Most of the nation's top offenses are up-tempo and quick and/or at least lean toward passing the ball. However, teams like Georgia, Michigan, and Utah have shown that slow to medium tempo, pro-spread, run-leaning offenses are not only some of the most enjoyable offenses to watch, but they can win championships too (since 2021 these run-heavy teams have actually dominated their respective conferences). There are multiple different schemes that can be used to produce winning football, what matters is the execution of the said scheme, creative playcalling within the scheme, and good recruiting/development.
