Prominent Downtown Boston Retail and Office Property Sold in All-Cash Deal

The owners of 399 Washington Street, a five-story building in downtown Boston, have sold the property in an all-cash deal to a joint venture between Hudson Group and Assembly Investments. The building, which underwent renovations in 2021, is centrally located on historic Washington Street and offers excellent commuter access. The new owners are optimistic about the future of downtown Boston, thanks to ongoing development and preservation efforts by the City of Boston and the Downtown Boston Alliance.
