CA's High Speed Rail Authority CEO Ian Choudri dodged questions about why he was on administrative leave earlier this year and promised to finish the high-speed rail project. We have the smallest amount of federal workers since 1966 and California state workers are against Gov. Newsom's mandate to return to the office 4 days a week.
