Promises and Blessings

“Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near” Revelation 1:3 https://sharinhearts.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/MM_2025_06_14_-Promises-and-Blessings.mp3 This verse is an encouragement to read Revelation and to hear the words of it’s prophecy, it doesn’t say to read and understand fully all that is told. Many believers say that they are too afraid to read this book because they don’t understand it. Revelation is the revealing of Jesus Christ Himself. He is referred to as the Lamb 28 times in the book. It is evident that God wants us to know the redeeming work that was finished on the Cross by Jesus Christ, who came as a man, to become the Lamb, and redeem every man, woman, boy, and girl. Every generation needs to understand the matters of the past, present, and what is yet to be in the future. Ignorance of the past will blind us to see the present and cause history to repeat itself.
