The spicy sausage called 'nduja was first produced in the area around Spilinga and from there has spread to other parts of Calabria, becoming one of the most famous local products in Italy and the world. La 'nduja è nata proprio in questa zona - dalle parti di Spilinga - e da qui, poi, si è diffusa in tutta la Calabria, divenendo uno dei prodotti calabresi più celebri in Italia e nel mondo.
