Their fragmented  culture as a people is nothing more than Hebrew Culture that's been prophesied to happen to the real Jews (Israelites) if their in rebellion. Every major aspect of so-called black culture is fulfilling prophecy.  As a Nation every major trend, tradition or characteristic & plight can be found in scriptures we regards to:  their family, sons and daughters, women, men, physical description, their  pastors that lead them, the oppressors that rule over them, their health, their neighborhoods, welfare, spirituality,etc...
