Dylan is here to share his mental health journey to inspire you all to push through the challenging times in your life. He was faced with the adversity of losing a few family members while growing up and still, is able to succeed to enormous boundaries.He found himself on TV on the Bachelor and then Bachelor in Paradise in 2014. Present day, he is crushing it as a CPA and an Advisor at a public accounting firm in Massachusetts.Grew up with a mother who was an alcoholic and a father that was none existent (also an alcoholic and drug addict). Parents divorced at 4 years old.Had an older sister and younger brother. Sister died when I was 21 (drug overdose), brother died when I was 25 (drug overdose), dad died when I was 27 (multiple issues) and mom died when I was 29 (long cancer).In high school I used to babysit two boys who’s parents ended up taking me in when my mom passed away (the Londergans).He will discuss these areas and much more:-Choosing sports to fight through trauma over drugs and alcohol-Overcoming panic attacks -Stop suppressing feelings-Being the head of a household at a young age and being there for siblings-Why talking to others helps your mental health-Being supportive and being supported-Ways to combat Anxiety-Why you need to research any diagnoses or prognosis given, and much more.
