Prop 205: The Legalization of Marijuana in Arizona

Carey invited both sides of the issue to talk directly to voters. Each side tries to make their case about Prop 205 which would make recreational pot legal. A "yes" vote would allow individuals 21 years and older to privately use, possess, manufacture and transport marijuana. A "no" vote would retain the existing law, which prohibits individuals from using, possessing, growing or purchasing marijuana unless the individual is in compliance with the Arizona Medical Marijuana act.
