Chris Tan from Chur Associates and our resident legal guru answers this month's query from Azizul from Bukit Tunku:I live in Bukit Tunku in a condo. A new  condo that was built in my neighbourhood has recently taken to "privatising" what was a public road by installing boom gates. Only residents of those condos are allowed to pass through.
