Property Market Summary: Solutions on adapting the market and helping buyers.

from Legal Breakdown

Buying a House is hard no matter what country you are in; property values don't always reflect real world salaries in a country as a whole or a specific location within. The main issues you find are low income workers in high value areas; how can this be changed. We don't think it is restricting what investors, second home owners or developers can do, this seems to make the problem worse. The focus should be on simple ways to help buyers through longer mortgages, lower deposits, government backed securities and security sales. Not making things over complicated which seems to be the case with shared ownership and property restrictions. Keeping it simple and plan is the answer and adapting to overcome not restricting as this has an opposite affect and building when needed and not taking time to progress plans.
