To understand that you have a lot to learn and this learning never stops, whether that’s through courses, mentorship or anything else. Curtis’ journey started around 6 years ago, it was his wife’s diagnosis with cancer that pushed him to make a change in his life. He started to absorb any free education he could moving onto courses and support from mentors. His first deal was a HMO and this was truly just the beginning. Curtis has now moved onto developments and refurbishments, his background in construction has really helped with the success of this. You don’t have to always use your own money or experience. You can partner with people to help you with either, or even both, of these.
