Although Indiana lawmakers have passed and the Governor has signed legislation to address property taxes, that was not enough for the nearly two dozen people who gathered outside the residence to demand more reform. Indy Politics spoke with former Libertarian candidate Andrew Horning about property tax reform and the original property tax protest back in 2007, which led to tax caps.
