Many cities in the Northern part of Israel will also be destroyed, and Israel will be greatly weakened. Jews will go hungry. But a remnant of Jews will repent and accept Jesus. Meanwhile, many Syrian cities will be abandoned because they have forgotten God. A number of nations will rage against Israel, but God will rebuke them. This prophecy is spoken of in Isaiah 17:1-14.
