Proposed agreement renders Stockdale EDC 'useless'

(EDC) bids farewell to its longtime administrator, its board has approved to seek outside legal counsel regarding a services agreement with the city of Stockdale related to the position. Board president J.C. Hrubetz began the meeting June 4 by addressing a services agreement, which was presented to board members beforehand by City Manager Stephen Mayfield.
