Proposed Brigham City property tax increase sparks questions about recreation plans, city's priorities

Brigham City Mayor DJ Bott proposed a 12.93% property tax revenue increase last Thursday, telling the city council that rapid growth, rising infrastructure demands and expanding operational costs are placing increasing pressure on city services.
