Prosecutions, Parents, and Free Speech

This trip to Motown features two new travelers: Katie Cosgrove and Jessica Craine, who are both fellow lawyers here at the Liberty Justice Center. Our first stop is federal court, where a case involving the Posse Comitatus Act has been brought. Next, we follow the path of the Liberty Justice Center's parental rights case, Rocklin Unified School District v. PERB, from California to D.C. This takes us to our final destination: The U.S. Supreme Court, where an 8-1 free speech case has upheld the rights of talk therapists across the country.
