Prosecutors have agreed to drop most of the charges against the Peters Township student accused in a so-called "catfishing scheme", where he allegedly solicited or took nude photos of teenage boys. 18 year old Zachariah Meyers remains behind bars....while he still faces 67 criminal charges in the case. His attorney tells the Trib his deal with prosecutors also protects alleged victims who would have had to endure a days-long preliminary hearing.
