Protect Your Peace ☮

Are you protecting your peace? If not then you are letting others rent space in your mind for FREE...Rent/Mortgage is not FREE so why do we allow others to get us off course and distract us from our course at hand by projecting onto us or bringing situations to us that we allow to rob us of our peace? We all have choices and we can choose to say no to negativity, cut conversations short that aren't building us up, tune out drama, etc. There are so many different ways we can change the way we handle and deal with things to protect our peace and overall wellbeing.
