As a Certified Christian Life Coach Professional and Counselor, she is dedicated to uplifting and encouraging women from all walks of life. She is also the founder of the Girls to Women Organization focused on the "Empowered Woman", and the owner of FacebyNik & Company which is a full-service beauty and event business featured in over 20 magazines, and recognized as the lead makeup artist for New York Fashion Week 2023.
