Protecting ourselves from evil or negative spirits

We're back from a couple week hiatus! We've missed you! Today we wanted to bring you an important discussion about navigating negative or evil spirits that pop up uninvited in our lives. It's inevitable to run into these kinds of spirits because, LIFE, and we know there is opposition in all things. Our feeling is that rather than living under a blanket of fear, getting informed can be a huge tool in protecting ourselves. We discuss various methods and tools for protecting ourselves and our spaces, as well as highlighting how very powerful our verbal and nonverbal intentions are.
