Protecting Your Mind Gate

The only lasting way to ensure your mind is never taken captive by deception is to be highly proactive in filling it with truth. Counterfeits cannot overtake the authentic - they can only replace them where the authentic fails to be established. When it comes to our thinking and belief systems, God both equips and commands us to regulate what we allow to shape our minds. This is 100% our individual responsibility. When we guard the gates of our minds, we allow only those things that are true and righteous by God’s standards to influence us. Deception does not stand a chance against the person who refuses to allow lies, toxins, or spiritual pollution to enter in.
