Proverbs 2:20-22, "Persevere in Faithfulness"

The path of wisdom leads to life, peace, and stability. The wise father assures his son that those who walk in righteousness will inhabit the land and remain in God’s blessing, while those who reject wisdom will be cut off.To choose wisdom is to join a community shaped by covenant faithfulness—people who do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. This way of life builds integrity, fosters mutual accountability, and reflects God’s character in a broken world. In contrast, those who pursue self-interest and autonomy without regard for God end up distorted, destructive, and uprooted.The call is urgent: treasure God’s words, cling to His ways, and trust that His presence is life itself. Choosing wisdom is choosing life—the wholeness and peace that only God can provide.
