Providence College Parts Ways with Coach Kim English

Providence College to Part Ways with Coach Kim English: A Reset for the Program? Providence College is set to part ways with mens basketball head coach Kim English after this season, following three up-and-down years. The teams overall record stands at forty-two and forty-nine, with just twenty wins and thirty-five losses in Big East play. Englishs tenure saw no NCAA Tournament appearances, despite reaching the field in seven of the ten prior seasons under previous coach Ed Cooley. With mounting pressure and a tough finish ahead, this change could signal a reset for the program as they aim to recapture past success.
