Immigrants represent more than one third of the population in San Mateo County. In this episode, Manuel Santamaría, interim chief community impact officer at SVCF, speaks with Jasmine Hartenstein, coordinator of the Immigrant Support Services Department with the Office of Community Affairs in San Mateo County.
