Continuing the five-part Provisional Ranger Group D-Day series, this episode covers the gritty aftermath at Pointe du Hoc. After the hidden 155 mm guns are found and disabled, Ranger teams split: some dig in on the shattered Point while others hold the inland highway under snipers, mortars, and counterattacks. With ammunition low and communications failing, Force A clings to the cliffs through the night of June 6–7 until relief arrives on June 8th, 1944.
