ברוכות וברוכים הבאים לספשל הכריסמס הראשון של אוכלי סרטים! הפעם הצטרף אלינו אורח מיוחד באמת: אבנר שביט - מבקר הקולנוע האגדי של וואלה, (והרבה מעבר) לדבר איתנו על אחד הסרטים האהובים עליו: שכחו אותי בבית  כשקווין הצעיר מבקש משאלה שמשפחתו תעלם, הוא לא חשב שבוקר למחרת זה בדיוק מה שיקרה! משפחתו של קווין טסה לצרפת ומשאירה אותו לבד בבית בטעות. קווין יכול סוף סוף להתנהג איך שבא לו. אבל מסע ההתבגרות שלו כרוך בהגנה על ביתו מפני צמד שודדים, התגברות על פחדיו הכמוסים ביותר והבנה שהכנת מלכודות ברמת קומנדו עילית זה תחביב של כל ילד בן 8 (אה, וגם  שמפשחה זה הכי חשוב). בפרק ננסה להבין - למה הסרט הזה מצליח לרגש אותנו גם 30 שנה אחרי יציאתו? איך הוא נהיה הקומדיה המצליחה בכל הזמנים? ומה כל כך "כריסמסי" בהבנה שלעולם לא נצליח לעמוד באידיאלים? בנוסף, אבנר ישלוף את "פתאום משפחה" מן המרתף שלהפתעתינו הוא נגיש לכולנו בנטפליקס(!)
